Who is RentalNoodle built for?
Independent landlords and small rental portfolios. Tenants whose landlords use RentalNoodle get a free portal. Public rental search is secondary.
Can I add a property with a tenant already living there?
Yes. You can add an existing tenant without automatically inviting them. Invitations are optional.
Do I have to use online rent payments?
No. Manual rent records work independently. ACH requires optional Stripe Connect setup. Card rent payments are not currently supported.
Does RentalNoodle file Schedule E or my taxes?
No. RentalNoodle organizes the income and expenses you record and provides Schedule E preparation summaries and accountant-ready CSV exports. It does not file taxes.
